ALL ORIGINAL , MADE OF WOOD AND METAL PARTS

 

HEIGHT IS 39" , AND 21" AT IT S WIDEST POINT

 

ROTATING ON A SQUARE WOODEN BASE , HEAVY

 

IT S A TRUE ENGINEERING MOCK -UP

 

THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DECIDE

 

WHERE TO LOCATE CERTAIN COMPONENTS

 

AND HOW WIRING AND TUBING WOULD CONNECT EVERYTHING TOGETHER

 

IT S HAVE 2 IDENTIFICATION TAGS

 

ON THE TOP SAYING

BUT IT S A WONDERFUL ENGINEERING TESTIMONY

 

THE REAL ENGINE WAS USED ON THE LOCKHEED NF-104 A STARFIGHTER
